🎥 Campaign welcome videos — New

You can now add a personalized welcome video to any campaign link.
It appears before the participant starts recording, allowing you to:

• Greet them with a friendly face

• Explain the context of the testimonial

• Increase trust and completion rates

You’ll find this new option directly in your campaign settings.

For now, the following limits apply:

• Webcam recordings are limited to 30 seconds and 5 MB max for the welcome video.

• File uploads are limited to 5 MB per welcome video.

These are temporary safeguards to ensure reliability and performance. Extended durations and file sizes will be supported in future updates.

We’ve officially published our core legal documents:

This brings clarity on how we handle data, roles under GDPR, and usage limits.
